How does it work?

Before you schedule a delivery or move, please read the Know Your Rights page on our website.

Contact Us with information about your specific needs either by phone or our contact form. We’ll need to know things like:

• Locations of pickup and delivery
• What we are moving
• The weight and dimensions of what we are moving/delivering
• Date and time of the delivery or move
• Frequency
• Odd circumstances (gate codes, entrance requirements, equipment, etc.)
• Difficult situations (stairs, doorways, elevators)

Once we have this information, we will give you an estimate in writing. It will be based on applicable tariff charges either as an hourly rate or weight and mileage, depending on the situation.

If the estimate is acceptable to you, we will schedule the time and date for the delivery or move.

Once we arrive at the pickup or move location, we will assess the situation and make sure it falls within the lines of the original estimate. If the circumstances have changed before we begin, we reserve the right to modify the estimate to reflect the work we will be doing.
